Make Your Own Superhero

What makes a character memorable? How does an idea become a story? And what can a superhero tell us about who we are? Comic creator Falah Faisal , creator of Musalman , draws on nearly a decade of making comics to explore the building blocks of character, story and identity. Through conversations, prompts and hands-on exercises, participants will develop their own superhero — from their origins and abilities to their world, conflicts and stories. No drawing skills required. Just bring your imagination and a story waiting to be told.
